How can I order something in the webshop?
Ordering is done in a few simple steps:

2 Select delivery or pick up
Choose whether you want to receive or collect your product from our warehouse
3. Choose your delivery country
Based on your chosen country the payment options are shown and shipping costs are calculated.
4. Choose your payment method
Depending on the country, multiple payment options are possible. Choose your preferred payment method.
5. Enter your discount code or loyalty points.
6. Log in to your account
Do you already have an account with Truckjunkie? Log in to your account,
ordering is much faster.
No account yet? Even without an account you can order, then we still need your data. We recommend that you create an account so that you have all your orders in one place and your loyalty points are credited.
7. The general conditions
Carefully read the terms and conditions and if agreement accept them by clicking on the box behind "I agree .."
8. Check and pay

What is the delivery time?

What if my payment did not work?
Did you place an order but did the payment fail or are you unsure whether it was successful?
Please contact us and we can inform you further, or you can check if a pyment has been dedcuted from your account.
If a payment was not successful, you do not need to place a new order, but we can send you a new payment link.

What are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs depend on the size of your order and the delivery country.

How is my package delivered?
Our parcels are collected and sent daily by PostNL.
Outside the Netherlands and Belgium, PostNL often works together with other parcel deliverers. It may therefore be that for example, DPD, Chronopost, Eurodis or another company delivers your parcel.
Can I trace my parcel?
Yes, that's possible.
If your order is shipped from Truckjunkie you will receive a PostNL track & trace link that allows you to track your package. If your package is delivered by a third party, this is indicated in the track & trace screen of PostNL.
What if i want to return my order or some items of the order?
