How do I order in the webshop?
Ordering is done in a few simple steps:
1 - Find your product (s) and place it in your shopping cart.
First look for the products you want to buy.
You place this in the shopping basket by clicking on the large green "order" button. You can continue shopping or continue with ordering.
2 Select delivery or pick up
Choose whether you want to receive or collect your product from our warehouse
3. Choose your delivery country
Based on your chosen country the payment options are shown and shipping costs are calculated.
4. Choose your payment method
Depending on the country, multiple payment options are possible. Choose your preferred payment method.
5. Enter your discount code or loyalty points.
6. Log in to your account
Do you already have an account with Truckjunkie? Log in to your account,
ordering is much faster.
No account yet? Even without an account you can order, then we still need your data. We recommend that you create an account so that you have all your orders in one place and your loyalty points are credited.
7. The general conditions
Carefully read the terms and conditions and if agreement accept them by clicking on the box behind "I agree .."
8. Check and pay
You will now receive an overview of your order. Is everything right there? Is everything right? Then you can now click on "buy now" and the payment will follow.
So .. that was that. You will receive a confirmation email and a status update "pending" within a maximum of 1 working day. If you do not receive it, please contact us!
Do I receive an order confirmation for my order?
Yes, You will receive an order confirmation immediately after placing your order
It is stated thereon;
- Which items and quantity you have ordered
- The item prices
- The possible shipping costs
- Your address and shipping information
- The order number of your order
- The payment method used
You will also receive our terms and conditions as a PDF file at the same time as this order confirmation.
Has my order been received in good order?
Normally you will receive a status update within 24 hours (on working days). This means that your order was successful and we have received your payment. Your order is now being processed!
Have you not received a "in process" e-mail within 48 hours (on working days)? Then check the spam folder of your e-mail program. Have you not yet received a status update? Then contact us; we are happy to help you!
Is ordering also possible by telephone or e-mail?
Ordering by phone or via email is unfortunately not possible. You can only order through our webshop.

Do the prices shown on the webshop include VAT?
All prices listed on our webshop are in euros and include VAT and excluding any shipping costs.
In which language is the agreement concluded?
The order / agreement is concluded in the language that is displayed on the page at the time of clicking on "BUY NOW".
All further automatic communication, including order confirmation, status update and shipping information will take place in that chosen language.
The selected language can no longer be adjusted afterwards.
How do I receive the invoice for my order?
After your order (or part thereof) has been sent, you will automatically receive an invoice for the articles shipped.
It is therefore possible that you receive multiple partial invoices from your order.
This is only the case if partial deliveries take place, but then the total invoice amount will still be the same as the order amount paid.
Is ordering online at Truckjunkie safe?
We work with a secure internet connection. Even with the most secure form! Via the Extended Validation SSL connection, the transaction data is encrypted so that no one can sneak in and the transaction is completely secure.
You recognize the secure connection on the green "lock" in your browser.
How can I pay my order?
We offer different payment methods.
- Paypal (we charge a 1.5% surcharge)
- iDEAL (only in the Netherlands)
- Banccontact (only in Belgium)
- Giropay (only in Germany)
- Visa / Mastercard / Maestro
- Afterpay (only in the Netherlands and Belgium)
- Payment in advance / Banktransfer (you arrange the payment yourself through your bank to our bank accou
What if my payment was not successful?
If your payment was not successful, the order will not be processed. Only paid orders will therefore be processed.
Have you placed an order but the payment was unsuccessful or are you unsure whether it was successful?
Then contact us and we can inform you further, or you can see if a debit has taken place.
If a payment is not successful, you do not have to place a new order, but we can send you a new payment link.
