UNTILL 2015 - CONVERSION KIT DLR AMBER - SUITABLE FOR VOLVO FH4

Volvo has made an adjustment to the headlight unit. As a result, another Daytime Running Light conversion kit is required for the new version. (> +/- 6-2015)
It is important that the set to be ordered has the same number of LEDs as the set already present.
This set consists of a plate with 4 and a plate with 6 LEDs.

Complete set with yellow LED light sources to convert the standard white daytime running lights to yellow light. Suitable for Volvo Fhs from 2012

Each set consists of a total of 20 Luxeon Rebel LEDs, which together provide up to 2000 lumens! This roughly corresponds to the original light intensity.

The lamps are designed the same as the original lights, with the powerful High Power LEDs placed on aluminum pressure plates.
These plates provide better cooling by transferring heat to the original cooling and extend the life of the LEDs.
The original connections are used again, making installation simple.

Each set contains four lights and thermal paste for mounting. There are two LEDs on each side. The light source with six LEDs mounted on the crook side, and the four light sources on the bottom.

The installation is done as follows:
- Remove the connectors from the existing lighting.
- Remove the screws holding the original diode holders.
- Remove the diode holders from the cooling plates.
- Remove the thermal paste and clean the surface well.
- Apply the supplied thermal paste in a thin even layer to the cooling pads where the lamp will be installed.
- Push the diode holder into the thermal paste and fix it carefully with the original screw.
- Insert the connectors into the new diode holder.
