Mounting:
Preferably have the air horn installed by a trained technician
- The receiver must be mounted in a dry place
- Red = + power supply
- Black = - ground
- Grey = ground (switched)
- Preferably provide the power supply with a fuse or relay.
- An air supply must be present on the vehicle - not included
- Provide a 5A fused power source
- Working pressure 8 to 11 bar

Installation information :
Controller
a. The controller must be constantly powered by 12/24V on the between the black and red cable.
A common mistake is that the power to the controller itself is also behind the switch.
b. The gray cable causes the selected melody to be played, for this the gray cable must be connected to the - terminal of the battery with the switch you want to use to sound the horn in between.
Cable harness
a. Leave it intact , shortening it will not improve the quality.
b. Connect the horn set only with a wiring harness that is in tact and whose cables run from the controller.
We frequently see that the black cable running to the 6 coils on the horn set is cut and connected directly to the chassis, this does not work as the control signal from the valves also runs through the black cable.
Air connection
a. The air horn operates at an air pressure of 8 to 12 Bar.
b. Make use of a 6mm rigid PVC air hose to connect to the quick coupler, if you do not have one, art. KST13UN can help you further.
